GhostEye is a tool for authorized research, security, and educational use only. You may use the Service for:

- Academic research and security education
- Journalism and legitimate investigative work
- Law enforcement operations conducted under proper legal authority
03Prohibited Use
You must never use GhostEye to:
- Doxxing or targeting private individuals
- Stalking, harassment, blackmail, or extortion
- Unauthorized access, fraud, or any illegal activity
- Violating any applicable local, national, or international law
- Circumventing security measures or accessing accounts without authorization
- Collecting data for spam, phishing, or social engineering
04Account & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share, resell, or transfer your API keys or account access to third parties. GhostEye reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
05Data & Privacy
GhostEye aggregates publicly available intelligence from third-party providers. We do not generate or fabricate data. Results are provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
06Limitation of Liability
GhostEye is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use or misuse of data obtained through the Service. You are solely responsible for how you use the data you obtain.
07Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
